Terms & Guarantees - Payment -
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. I accept postal money orders and PayPal as forms of payment. Once payment has been received we can then arrange shipping details. Payment plans may be considered on rare occasions.
- Shipping -
All orders are currently being shipped via a major shipping company to your door. In my experience door-to-door shipping is just as reliable as airfreight shipping (Delta) but is cheaper and more convenient for the customer. Live arrival is guaranteed when temperatures are between 65 and 90 degrees. Should temperatures fall below or rise above the indicated range of temperatures during shipment at any geographical location or point in time, live arrival is NOT guaranteed. You must be available to receive your shipment at its time of arrival. If you are not available to receive your shipment at our agreed upon time or location, live arrival is no longer guaranteed. You must contact me once the shipment arrives. If a package is damaged or an item(s) are stolen, contact the shipping company and myself immediately.
- Guarantees -
All animals will be honestly represented, healthy, feeding, and sexed correctly unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason I will replace or refund your money at your discretion, as long as you contact me with your complaint within 24 hours of receiving shipment. After 24 hours of receiving shipment without contact I no longer assume any liability. A reptile’s condition can decline rapidly under improper conditions and extended guarantees are not an option. Live arrival is guaranteed when temperatures are between 65 and 90 degrees. - Deposits -
At times there will be clutches that are desired by many. If you express interest with me via e-mail and request to be added to a waiting list for a specific clutch or clutches I will do so, however, once eggs are laid I will go down the list in the order in which they were received and ask for deposits of 25%. This deposit will reserve your animal but is NON-REFUNDABLE unless your specific order cannot be filled. Individuals who send deposits will have priority in picking their animals over other individuals. Once hatchlings are ready to be shipped I will contact you and request that the remainder be paid unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are not able to pay the remainder at that time, the animals will be offered to others on the waiting list and again, your deposit will NOT be refunded.
